Why was he accused of witchcraft?
Delvaux was a Catholic monk who claimed to be working with the devil. He told of nine convents of wizards nearby who gathered with demons at night.
Other Information:
On the way to his trial, the carriage broke down and Delvaux blamed it on a demon.
Unlike most witches, Delvaux was tortured after confession instead of before.
